When we started this project, we had just one thing in mind: creating a place with the convenience of home in the breathtaking Tuscan landscape.

This brand new villa on 3,500 m2 of land has all the luxury and privacy you are looking for. The large terrace and the 8m by 4m infinity pool offer breathtaking views of the Garfagnana valley (also known as Italy’s best kept secret).

Lucca, Pisa and Florence are close enough for a day trip, as are the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (the queen of the Italian Riviera).

The Garfagnana valley has many picturesque villages, beautiful mountains and vast forests.
